Service Agreement
Armstrong Towing provides professional towing and roadside assistance services in Orange County, California. By utilizing our services, customers agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service if these terms are not met or if service conditions are deemed unsafe for our operators or equipment.
Service Responsibility
Our company is committed to providing safe, reliable towing and roadside assistance. However, certain conditions apply:
- Customers must provide accurate vehicle and location information
- Vehicle owners must disclose any existing damage or mechanical issues
- We are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage
- Service rates may vary based on time, location, and service complexity
- Additional fees may apply for special circumstances or equipment requirements
Service Coverage and Insurance
Armstrong Towing maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage as required by California law. Our coverage includes:
- Commercial auto liability
- On-hook towing liability
- Garage keeper’s legal liability
- Workers’ compensation insurance
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, customers should maintain their own vehicle insurance coverage.
Payment and Pricing
We accept the following payment methods:
- Major credit cards
- Cash
- Insurance coverage (with valid policy information)
- AAA membership benefits (where applicable)
Prices are determined by:
- Type of service required
- Time of day/night
- Distance traveled
- Vehicle type and condition
- Equipment needed

Service Cancellation
Customers may cancel service requests without charge before the truck is dispatched. Once a truck is en route:

- Full service charges apply if the truck arrives on scene
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence in service, Armstrong Towing’s liability is limited to:
- Direct damage caused by our negligence
- Coverage limits specified by our insurance

We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing vehicle damage
- Mechanical failures during normal towing operations
- Weather-related delays or circumstances
- Force majeure events
Policy Changes
Armstrong Towing reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Changes will be:

- Effective immediately for new service requests
- Applicable to ongoing service agreements with notice
